i subscribe and pay it using my mobile phone and suddenly i cant use my premium account for a month.

In this case, Iโ€™d recommend reaching out to your mobile carrier to see what the issue is. 

 

If you already did that, try logging out, then logging back in. If that doesnโ€™t help, try another device to see if that does the trick.
