subscription

subscription

paid for the subscription on 10/02/2024 and they wrote to me that the next withdrawal will occur on 10/06/2024. why should i pay after 4 days, what's wrong?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

It sounds like the issue might be due to one or multiple failed payments. When the payment finally went through, it would have covered the time when the charges couldn’t be processed.

 

If the plan wasn’t cancelled by you or the system during this period, the billing date would remain the same.

 

I recommend checking your receipts page and comparing when your last successful payment was. This should help clarify how the charges have been applied. 🙂
