trying to change country for student price

Premium

Country: CA to US

My Question or Issue

I have been going to school in the states (I am a Canadian and therefore my account is under CANADA), but when I go to change my country settings as per what is suggested online, United States is not given as an option for some reason. 

Since I am in the US as a student I want to change my plan to the student premium deal. How do I find the US option?
