unable to complete payment after getting my account hacked

I lost my Spotify account due to a computer virus, now that I got it back I cannot subscribe again as I press complete it just shows me a payment failed error. I tried many devices, but none seemed to work after changing my region to its origin (Iraq). can anyone help me solve this issue? I tried everything on the support page but nothing worked.

We'd first suggest giving it a try using an incognito window. Also, make sure your card has been issued in Iraq so you can use it to subscribe.
