i was about to start spotify premium month trial but when i entered the code given and proceeded it messaged me again saying it's been cancelled?

Boku is a third party payment method that is billed by your service provider. In this case it could be possible that you have another account with Spotify. The best way to find out is to follow these steps on this link. 

 If you don't have another account with Spotify, it's best to contact your service provider for information on why you were unsubscribed.
