Good afternoon Spotify representatives. On December 19th, I purchased a Spotify package and paid the 21.53 soles they were charging. Since then, I haven't been able to listen to music because my account is no longer working. I was traveling and wanted to listen to my music on the bus, but I couldn't; I had to spend the whole trip looking out the window.

If your payment was successful but you're not seeing your Premium features, we'd first recommend making sure that you're logging in to the right account. You can check out this article for more info on how to find if you have another Spotify account.

 

In case you can't find your Premium account, we'd suggest reaching out to us privately via the link here. Our teams will take a look backstage and provide further help if needed.
