Solved!! Basic Individual plan vs any premium plan

What are the actual differences between the Basic Individual plan and the premium ones? Looks like it might be the access to the audiobooks, but spotify doesn't make it clear.

Superuser Contribution Premium ended early?

I paid for premium on the 28th of April, It is now 17th of May and the premium has ended. Is it supposed to do this? I paid for a FULL month of premium. I am very upset especially since I can’t afford premium anymore

Still getting advertising on a premium account.

I'm paying full price for a premium family account to get rid of adverts yet I'm still getting them when I listen to podcasts. Is this a bug? The entire point of paying for premium is to get rid of ads entirely.
