I was shocked in the auto renew when it shows a double price because I thought I'm in the student plan

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community, and welcome 🙂 

 

We're sorry to hear that this happened. Keep in mind that the student discount is only valid for 12 months at a time, so it's possible that yours expired and this might be the reason why you were charged for the individual subscription. If this is the case, you should have received an email from us 1 month beforehand, with the option to reapply for another 12 months if you're still a student. We'd recommend checking your inbox.

 

If you'd like to confirm this, you can reach out to our Support team here. They'll be able to check your account and provide further info.
