Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

With a Premium subscription, you can pick and play any song on any device, but the option to shuffle play your playlists is still available. You can open the playlist or album you want to play, activate the shuffle button and hit play. With this, the app will start a shuffle play of the playlist/album/liked songs you choose.

However, in case you're suggesting a shuffle play option playing all your music, we'd recommend taking a look at this idea. Feel free to show your support by adding your vote (hitting the thumbs up button), but we'd recommend taking its status into account.

If you think your idea should be considered separate, feel free to submit your own as detailed as possible and highlight how your idea is distinct from the existing one.
