Android Custom music wont play anymore

Custom MP3 songs wont play anymore, they played before but now when i select them from favorite songs it just goes quiet

I have all settings required turned on

Plan

Premium

Country

Czech republic

Device

Redmi note 10 5G

Operating System

Android 13

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

We'd suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in twice in a row. This will force a sync between your device and the account.

 

In case you're still having issues with your local files, you can try performing a clean reinstall of the app by following this guide. We recommend this step since it gets you the latest app version and removes corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing issues with the app's performance on your device.

 

Lastly, we'd advise that you take a look at this FAQ.

 

On another note, if you're experiencing this on your Android device only - it'll be useful to check your Settings and as you might be using cache clearing apps that could cause this behavior.
