App not loading anything

My Question or Issue

• When i open my spotify app nothing will load in the home page.
• when I go to the my playlists the cover will load but it says I have no songs in them.
• The web player works fine and when I sign into the  spotify app with a different account it also works fine.

Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? It's more thorough than a simple reinstall. If that doesn't work, then I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
