How to revert a playlist to a previous version of itself?

I made some changes to a playlist around a week ago that I now want to undo. How can I revert a playlist to a previous version of itself. 

I know there's the option to restore a deleted playlist, but I haven't deleted this playlist, I just want to revert it to a previous version

I recommnend contacting Customer Support and asking them to restore your playlist to an earlier state; they’ll take a look and do their best to help.
