Can't download or like songs

My Question or Issue

About a month ago the spotify stopped working for me. It wouldn't allow me like songs even when i liked them on another device the app wouldn't update,downloads wouldn't work either, i already tried deleting all data and reinstalling but that didn't fix the issue.

Try running a clean reinstall, following this exact guide.

If that doesn't help let us know the following:

• Your phone's exact model, OS version, Spotify version.
• If you like a song on another device, do you see it reflected on your phone at some point or not at all?
