Can’t play purchased audiobooks on my iPhone, only on webplayer

Can’t play purchased audiobooks on my iPhone, only on webplayer

I purchased an audio book on the Spotify website on my laptop but I can only listen to it on my laptop. It shows up in my iPhone and iPad library but it is locked. Frustrating-please help! I want to listen to it on my mobile device

Thank you for reaching out. Purchased content should be accessible on any device as long as you are logged into the right account.

We'd suggest logging out and in two times in a row, as that forces a re-sync between the app and our servers. That should let you access the audiobook you have on your laptop.
