Superuser Contribution Spotify Daily Mix changes multiple times a day

If I exit out of the playlist and reenter, the daily mix will change. If i exit out and reenter multiple times a day, it changes multiple times a day. This is only happening on a new laptop I got, this did not happen on my old laptop or my phone.
