My Question or Issue

My Shazam are not syncing with Spotify on my iPhone. I have logged out, cleared cache, deleted authorization, and nothing works. 
Surprisingly, on my iPad it works. Everything is up to date. It’s driving me crazy !

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

 

We see you've done some troubleshooting yourself which will help us figure things out much faster. You mentioned "deleting authorization", by that do you mean that you have unlinked Shazam and Spotify? If not we would suggest following these steps to do so: 


1. Delete "My Shazam Tracks" playlist from your Spotify.

2. Open Shazam and go to "My Shazam" tab.

3. Tap the gear icon; this will take you to the settings.

4. In the setting it shall give you the option to disconnect Spotify from Shazam.

5. Tap the "Disconnect Spotify" button.

6. Connect once more to Spotify from Shazam.
