Can't reupload local files

Hello,

Since I have replaced my computer, my local files stopped working.

I tried to re-add them to Spotify, but for some reason when I try to add the local files to "liked songs" they just not being added (although it says "added to library).

Moreover, I can't delete the old unavailable local files from "liked songs" from the spotify computer app. I have deleted them from my phone app but they are still on the "likes song" playlist when I'm using the computer.

I have tries reinstalling spotify but it didn't help (even the old unavailable files are there).

my computer: Windows 10 64-bit

my phone: Galaxy S8 Android 8.0.0
