Hello, I had the USA region, then I changed it to the Russia region, after which my favorite tracks stopped showing, although it shows on my mobile device.

Changing your country settings shouldn't affect your saved music collection, although some tracks might not be available in your new country. For more info you can check out this support article.
However, since you're still seeing them in the mobile app, you're likely experiencing an issue that we're looking into here. We'd suggest you add your +VOTE to the thread and follow the instructions in the Status Update.
