My Question or Issue

I can't tap import button (there was no reaction when I tapped it) in the Spotify app.

In addition, I can't listen to any local mp3 files that have been imported.


I tried some actions as follows, but nothing worked well.

* Delete the cache of application

* Restart application

* Restart device

* Remove and then reinstall application


Does someone help me?

Could you let us know if it has never worked or if it started happening after a specific event such as an update?

I checked my step is same as one in the article.


I remember that importing worked this April.

I don't know after when or which version it had not work because the app has automatically updated.


Here, the exact information.

We understand you've tried to import the files using only your phone. Is it possible for you to use a computer to try to synchronize the audio files? The link sent by @Eni shows the steps under "Desktop". 


If not, please share with us a video showing the process you're following. This way we can take a better look at the issue.
