Collaborative Playlist link not working after five years of success

My Question or Issue

Hi. I have had a collaborative playlist with my bff for the last five years. I had to turn my spotify on private and it booted her out of the collaborative playlist. No matter what I try, I cannot get her back into the playlist. My app is updated and the playlist is public. We added all of the new songs into a playlist that she created but we lost all of the time stamps and the identifiers of who added what song. This playlist is life for us. Please help.

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

Just to be on the same page, you made the collaborative playlist private, so the other user was removed. Then you re-sent them the invite, and they couldn't re-join as collaborators? If that's the case, are you following these steps to re-invite them? If so, let us know if they're not even getting the invite, or if, when they click on it, it leads them to the playlist but they don't show up as collaborators.

On another note, could you try if the same happens on a different device? Also, can you not see the identifiers there either?
