Creating a playlist from a song to a subfolder: why was this feature removed from the mobile app?

My Question or Issue

Before I could create a playlist from a song and pick a subfolder before creating the playlist. After then I would keep adding songs to the playlist. This easy feature to create a playlist is no longer available. Now I have to create an empty playlist first, only after then I can add songs.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

The option to create a similar playlist is currently available only on the desktop app and the Web Player (on a PC). However, this option will be displayed if you right-click a playlist you've created, but not from a single song as shown below. You can find all the related info in this article.

If you want this feature to be added to the mobile app as well, a similar idea has already been suggested here, and it's currently set as "New Suggestion" - feel free to show your support for it by adding your vote with the "Thumbs Up" button, and subscribing to it! Any changes or updates will be posted in that thread.
