Discover Weekly playlist is not created

3 weeks have already passed since the account was created and the premium was available on it, and Discover Weekly playlist has not yet been created. 
At the same time, Mixes of the Day and New Products Radar are created and updated.

I have added hundreds of songs, dozens of playlists and artists.
What do i do? Help
