My Question or Issue

It seems that I somehow triggered Spotify to think I am interested in Nazi music and I don't know how to stop it!

I attended a demo a couple weeks ago and during the days before that I somehow got the bright idea to search for "AFD" on spotify. I did not find what I hoped for (more or less anti-AFD playlists), so I did not actually listen to anything found. But I still feel that this was the turning point where Spotify started to show me multiple 'artists' featuring extremist far right propaganda songs, ranging from openly Nazi to "just" openly dehumanizing.

At the moment I notice those songs mostly before they play and react by hiding the artist, it does not make a dent though.

This week I have not looked at the Discover Weekly much anymore, but already the second song was "Volksmusik" with pretty obvious attachment to far right wing people.

Just from this specific song's artist I find a playlist "Land deiner Ahnen" where I have blocked the artists "Kavalier", "WOSTOK", "Azatro", "Reysvig", "MDK", "Runa", "E.MAR", "Bengalo Dobermann" and more (most of them were already in my discover weekly during the last couple weeks). Please understand, I don't think the argument to just ignore this is not working here due to the sheer amount ...

Good evening!

Unfortunately it's currently not possible to block an entire, in this case, 'undefined genres', from your recommendations. What you could try though is when those artist or songs come up is open up their profile and click the three dots. There should be an option called 'Don't play this artist anymore', like you probably already know based on your message. As for 'Discover Weekly', there should be a minus or plus icon to indicate if you like a song or not. Unfortunately this is currently the only way to try and get Spotify to not recommend songs anymore. It just takes some time I'm afraid. Hope this helps!
