It's currently not possible to delete your recently played songs from your history. 

On another note, seems like the Community folks have already gathered on a similar feature request and have created an Idea about this. If you'd like to see that option available, go ahead and check this idea here. Make sure you leave a +Vote to support it, so that it would have a better chance of being considered, as Spotify always strives to improve your experience.

Given we also can't clear out Next From, and therefore songs we didn't pick start playing, it's really crappy that we can't delete them from recently played, which then increases the odds that a song we didn't even pick ends up in Wrapped.
