Welcome to the Spotify Community and sorry for the late response as we just came across this thread.

This feature is not available within the Spotify app yet. However, keep in mind that we already provide the option for third-party services to export your library via our API.

Take into account that it's important to always use trustworthy services and check their policies before granting them access to your account data. After you give them access, make sure you take your access away from your account settings to avoid any issues. More info on how this is done can be found here.
