How to post an issue which needs to be resolved immediately?

I have a public playlist by the name "English Top Hits Of All Time" which has 200k likes for it. Few artists want me to add their songs to the playlist but due to personal reasons, I refused to do so. Now they have reported the playlist, which has caused the playlist to not be visible in my profile. I have faced the same issue around last April, which was then resolved on 7th April 2022. I, now, want it to be resolved immediately and I am also eager to know if there is any protection against spam reporting as many of my followers are unhappy about this.

I'm really sorry to hear about the spam reporting.

I cannot say much on the matter but Customer support can. 

Reach out and explain your issue and hopefully they'll be able to deal with the issue.
