How to remove all offline devices?

How to remove all offline devices?

Hello.
I can't download playlists offline. I'm getting an error message "Device limit reached. Remove all downloads from another devices to listen offline with this one". This one is my primary device. I went through all of my other devices (phones/tablets/etc) and deleted all offline music (if there was any). I even used the option on the website to logout me from all devices and then and then I checked manually and made sure I was logged out everywhere.
I read that before there was an option to delete all offline devices from my account on the website, but this option is no longer available. How can I delete them and download the music to my phone, because I have to travel in roaming.
Plan: premium. Device: iOS.
Thank you.

Hey everyone,

Thanks for your replies.

If you feel strongly about bringing back the feature that allowed for better control of your offline devices, make sure to cast your vote for this idea.

Otherwise, please reach out to the folks over at Customer Support if you're having issues locating the offline device that's preventing you from downloading to a new one.

Let us know if there's anything else.

Take care,

I contacted the customer service via the chat feature and they manually helped remove the downloads from my old device that was broken. Wish Spotify can allow users to control this on their own.

I recently factory reset my phone and re installed spotify and when I try to download a Playlist a message saying "Your out of offline devices. Free up a spot in setting by disabling offline listening or removing all download from another device" but on my tablet and other phone I can still download I have tried logging out all devices via the website but nothing has worked yet

Im having the same issue!!

I can no longer download music for offline listening. I had to factory reset my device a couple times. How can I remove downloads from a device I no longer have access too

After resetting the phone to factory settings, the same problem appeared. I'm planning to cancel my Spotify subscription.

How can you see a list of all devices that downloaded content?

I have recently switched phones, wondering if my old device has "downloaded" content?

I am trying to download songs onto a new device but Spotify is telling me I have reached the limit of devices that have downloads on them.
I no longer have my old phone that had downloaded songs on it and I am wondering how I remove this device from my account or show Spotify that it no longer has my account loaded on that phone.

Hi,

I upgraded my phone and trying to download offline songs to my new phone but it says "You're out of offline devices" but I am not able to remove my old phone as it has already been factory reset. Also unable to find any "Devices" setting on spotify web/mobile that I can remove the old device from. How do I remove the old device from my account?

Recently I've had to change between devices to get my phone fixed, but with that, I now have more than actual devices 'downloading' and using offline. I can't seem to clear out the devices so I need some help doing so.
