I can not find the DJ X function

I can not find the DJ X function

My Question or Issue

I have not found my DJ X function since last Saturday. I have been using the function for a while. I have also verified that my account remains premium. Also, I updated and re-downloaded the app, but I still can not find it. I have tried most of the methods to fix the problem, but nothing seems to work. What am I supposed to do to find the DJ X function?

Thanks for posting this thread in the forum and kudos for the troubleshooting steps that you've performed.

 

If you were previously able to see the DJ function, could you let us know if this is happening across devices or on a particular one?

 

Since the feature is still gradually rolling out, it's available in selected markets at the moment and if you're travelling or using a VPN for example, that's why you might not see it right now. When it comes to VPNs, we strongly advise against using them as they can cause confusion and issues with Spotify's performance.

Thanks for getting back to us. 

 

Just to confirm, have you checked the markets where this feature is available on the page @Ivelina sent previously? If so, and the country you're living in it's on the list, we suggest that you double-check if you have the correct one registered on your account by heading to your Account page

 

If everything is correct on your end, we'd recommend giving a different internet connection a go. Make sure to try with a local Wi-Fi to see if that makes the difference.

Thank you so much for replying.

 

The DJ X function disappears across all devices. Also, I haven't been using VPN or traveling.

I noticed that my region had changed for some reason.

Sorry to see the DJ isn't working for you! Have you previously been able to see the feature and have you maybe switched regions recently?
As @Ivelina has mentioned, the feature is still being rolled out and is not available everywhere, so if you're abroad or using VPN services, it might not be displaying for you even if you've had access to it before.

It's also a good idea to check your region settings as well - see the reply from @Eni for additional info 🙂
