I can't play my downloaded songs. Spotify will only play random songs.

I can't seem to play anything but random music. I don't even have a Playlist anymore.

Thank you for sharing your issue with the Community!
Are you referring to Shuffle Play being on by default? This setting cannot be changed if an account is on free, as listening on demand is a Premium only feature.
If your playlist has also disappeared and your downloaded songs are gone though, you may be logged into a different account or your account may have reverted to free.
Would you mind taking a look at this as well? Your active plan will be listed under your account settings 🙂
