I can't see the track numbers in my playlist

I can't see the track numbers in my playlist

Same problem here, no total number of tracks in a playlist, no individual track number also. No podcasts in the playlists, so this is not the cause . Android phone and android tablet, same behaviour. Please fix it.

Hey there @Fotis_Dim

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community! We moved your post to a separate thread as the issue you're having is slightly different.

Just to confirm, does this happen with all your playlists or only with a specific one? If it's happening with all your playlists, we suggest that you try logging out and logging back in to your account twice in a row on all your devices. This will help trigger a sync between your account and devices.

On another note, could you let us know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update? Also, if this is happening with only one playlist in particular, sending us its URI would come in handy. We'll take a closer look.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Hello

This is happening with all my playlists, even the ones created by Spotify, and both my accounts, the premium one and the free one. I have tried logging out and logging in twice and also uninstalling Spotify and installing it again, but the issue remains. Only total playing time is visible but no number of tracks and individual tracks have no numbers before them. I really can't tell if that happened after an update.

This is also happening with albums.

Hey @Fotis_Dim,

Thanks for getting back to us.

We can confirm that this is the actual expected behavior for tablets and mobile devices. If you'd like to see this in the future though, we can suggest posting it in the Idea Exchange if there isn't a similar suggestion already.

Hope this sheds some light on the matter. The Community will be here if anything else comes up.

Cheers!

Sorry to say this, but it's a bit stupid that the same app with the same functions has a different behaviour in a laptop and in a tablet, which are both mobile devices, what's the point? Do i have to turn on my laptop every time i want to see how many tracks are in a playlist?
