For below issues, already tried emptying app cache, uninstalled-reinstalled several times.
Any help would be appreciated before I cancel my premium subscription.

Hey @vadig,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community.
Just to confirm, have you tried a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device? We recommend the steps in that guide, as they’re very thorough and make sure no damaged leftover files remain.
In any vase, we'd advise you to log out everywhere and run a clean reinstall on all your devices, this involves deleting the cache files of the app and will force an account wide resynchronization of your info. Make sure to exclude the freshly installed Spotify app from any battery and storage optimization services you might have running on your phone.
Hope this helps. Keep us posted on how it goes.
Hey there @vadig,
Thanks for the reply.
Can you let us know if you're using an SD card and where have you set Spotify to save Offline storage?
Also, can you check if there is Battery Optimization on your phone, and disable that for Spotify.
Keep us posted on how you get on.
Hi again,
I have uninstallad, removed com.spotify.music folders within both internal and SD cards' data folders. turnd off the phone for a couple of minutes, rebooted and reinstalled spotify, logged in, all issues remain.
I checked the fresh cache files under new com.spotify.music folder on SD card, all seems 0b and dated 1/1/70. is that normal?
Hi there @vadig,
Thanks for getting back to us.
In this case, we suggest that you head over to the app Settings > Storage > Delete cache and then restart your device.
If this doesn't do the trick, we'd recommend removing the SD card > restarting your phone > reinstalling the app again and checking if the issue persists.
Keep us posted.
