Liked Songs playlist waiting error

My Question or Issue

Hello, on both of my devices (my desktop and my phone) my liked songs playlist keeps saying it's waiting for download for offline but I can't seem to find any songs that haven't been downloaded and I have no issue playing my liked songs when there's no access to internet. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my whole liked songs playlist, I still get the same error on both my cellular device and desktop. Any way to get it to go away?

Thanks for reaching out and trying a reinstall to solve this. That's a great first step.

What happens if you toggle the Download button off? Do you still get the same error message? 

You can toggle it off and then back on again to shake things up a bit.

Can you send us a screenshot how the songs appear while the error message is there? 

Additionally, you could try restarting the app.

I've tried also doing that as well - to no prevail! I've also tried looking for songs that perhaps may not be available on spotify anymore and taking them off the playlist as well - No results on that either! but here is how it looks on desktop
