Liked songs are missing from 2021

My Question or Issue

I just added my wife to duo premium and logged out and back in to her account. Upon logging in her liked songs seem to be partially missing. No data from 2021 is available. I am able to see liked songs prior to 2021. I have tried clearing cache, data and even reinstalling the app. How can I get back the liked songs?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

What has most likely happened is that she's logged in to a wrong account. This can sometimes happen if you have multiple accounts, created with different email addresses or through Facebook.

We'd recommend going through this article which can help with finding multiple accounts, so that she can log in her original account.
