Listening history gaps

Hi, 

 

I notice that while content played using the desktop and android apps appears in the recents list, that played in the web player does not. I was wondering why this would be, as I'm logged in to the web player at the time the content is played.

Hey @bob313,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

That's an odd behavior since the "Recents" section should show the content played on the Web Player as well. So first, if you're currently using any VPN connection, we'd recommend turning it off while you're using the Web Player. 

 

In case you're not using any VPN, we'd recommend logging out from your account and logging back in twice to force the sync between your account and the Web Player.

 

Lastly, would you mind checking on a private/incognito window and a different browser to see if the issue persists?

Thanks @OscarDC, logging out and back in fixed the problem.
