My Question or Issue

I've only been having this problem for about a week now. I have a number of local files imported into my playlists. I listen to Spotify at work on the web browser version, and usually local files show up as grayed out. Within the last week, however, those local files quit showing up on the playlists. I know they can't be played since they're on a different playlist, but I like to have them listed there for reference so I can pull them on on YouTube or wherever. When I don't see them on my playlists, I forget they exist. They've shown up on the web browser playlists just fine for the last 10 years and only in the last week have they quit showing up.

Hey @Cruser_88,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We could replicate this behavior on our end; we can confirm we've gone ahead and notified the right team about this. They're aware now of it and are currently looking into this. We expect this will be fixed soon, but we don't have further information about when it is going to be sorted out.

We really appreciated the time you took to report this to us. We know you want to make the best out of your listening experience.

We'll be here if anything else comes up. Once again, thanks for the feedback.

Take care!

Thank you. Looks like the problem has been resolved as of this week, so please keep it the way it is!
