Local laptop files not playable on Phone

Premium family subscriber.

Being logged to the same WiFi, my home's one, with my laptop and phone.

Allowed showing local files on my laptop; added them to my desktop app's library; made those playlists available offline on laptop.

Playlist show in my phone's app's library; make them available offline; they remain greyish - if I click them, "Song Not Downloaded - If you own the song, you can sync it from your computer." appears.

What do I do wrong?

In order to play Local files on your phone you need to either have the files on your phone itself or sync the files from your computer to your phone and download the playlists for offline listening. 

You can follow this detailed step-by-step guide in order to synch up your files.
