[Mobile][Premium] Shuffle button does nothing, never highlights on press

My Question or Issue

The Shuffle button is not working. I can see when I press it that it reacts by turning a few shades darker, but it does not turn green to indicate that shuffle has been turned on. This behavior is the same whether I'm in my liked songs, another playlist, an album, or a radio.

Troubleshooting steps taken:

• Close and re-open app
• Sign out and then back in
• Hard restart of app
• Turning phone off and on again
• Check settings related to shuffle (didn't find anything relevant)
• Uninstall and reinstall app on phone

Kudos for the great troubleshooting! 

Just to confirm, is this happening across devices or only on your phone? If it only happens on your phone, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

If that doesn't do the trick, would you mind asking a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your phone to check if they can replicate this behavior with their account? 

If they can replicate it, would you mind sending us a short screen recording of the issue happening so we can take a closer look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

Also, sending us the exact Spotify version your phone's running would come in handy.

shuffle feature isnt working in any playlists, playlist just plays in order while shuffle is selected or deselected

hello, i dont know if this will even post lol. 

my spotify doesnt let me shuffle on my iphone even though i have premium. it looks grey and when i touch it, it doesnt do anything and now it also doesnt work on my pc. what can i do?

also i want to note that this only happens when it says "playing recommended tracks"
