Mobile library un-downloading

Anyone know how to resolve this issue or what may be the cause of it?

I have a family plan. 

This is the second time in about a month all of the songs I had saved for offline somehow became un-downloaded. 

iPhone 11 max. Whatever the newest iOS is. I haven’t changed anything. Have had spotify for years and never experienced this until now.

Could you try following the steps here > "Downloads unexpectedly removed" section. This should help with the behavior you're facing, if you're still having issues, just let me know.
