My 2019 Wrapped show an artist that I never heard. Most of the songs played comes from this artist, but I do t even know him. 
 
is there any away to see stats about my account? Or devices connected with my account ? im wondering if somebody else is using my account.

Same is happening for me. I have one specific artist that keeps popping in my most listened songs and I've never listened to it. I first thought I had been hacked but it was only one specific album of one specific artist, and one other song, the rest of my most listened songs seems normal. I changed my password and secured my account even further but it's still happening. No one except me uses my account. I'm suspecting Spotify to use people's accounts to boost the streams of specific artists. I don't see what else it could be.
