My Wrapped content is inaccurate

My Spotify wrapped in incorrect and incomplete, a song i listen to daily is at the bottom and has only been played 25 times supposedly. It seems it has only tracked the last 2/3 months? Also it's only 5 hours long even though I listened 19days, my boyfriend listened 7 days and has almost 7 hours on his wrapped.

My wrapped seemed accurate, except for my top song which is a Chinese song I've never heard of that I supposedly listened to 174 times. I've since changed my password and logged out of all devices.

My top 6 or 7 songs are just 3 different songs with at leas 1 duplicate with at 42 or 43 listens each. I might have listened to a couple of these songs once or twice, but none of them in the 40s. This does not seem right.

My wrapped was so wrong. Play counts were extremely low compared to how much I listened. But then there’s this song “So Sad So Hot” by Qisha, which I listened to way too much. It should easily be a top song, but it’s not even in the playlist at all.

Your reply seems generic and is not acknowledging the issue. @emmaniekerk and several others have voiced the issue that they have songs they listen to DAILY (implying the number of listens would be in the hundreds), yet those songs only show 25 or so listens.

Amongst the 15 pages of users complaining about this issue, I am also one of them. As someone who has songs they play on repeat almost every day, I was expecting my top songs to have 500+ plays, instead, I song I barely listened to last year is #1 with 39 listens. It is wildly incorrect.

Using "unintended listening" or "background listening" as an excuse does not cover for this case either, as that would result in showing that I've listened to songs more times than I expected, not the other way around. You guys need to acknowledge and address this issue, or you will see a lot of people moving over to Apple Music.

My listening time doesn’t seem right I play music around 4-6 hours every day. And my top second artist is someone I don’t have a single song liked from it. I’ve only heard of one song from this artist and I don’t even listen to it. Kinda upsetting to see that wrapped has gone down hill since its first years

Wrapped this year is completely bunk. It doesn’t even reflect a quarter of my yearly listening, completely wrong. I look forward to this every year and was completely disappointed and bummed out when wrapped came out this year.

I have.. Spotify thinks I listened to the whole Revolver album 22 times.  I haven't knowingly listened to this album in my life.

Hi! I want to report a very specific issue with my 2025 Wrapped.

In the “Top Albums” section, Spotify is showing an album from Bad Bunny as one of my most listened ones — and I need to clarify this clearly: I do not listen to Bad Bunny at all.

I played that album once, out of curiosity, and never listened to it again. I absolutely do not consume that genre, not consciously, not accidentally, not in the background.

My real listening habits are classical music, piano, ambient and mindfulness playlists — and those albums, which I listen to daily, are not reflected.

Please review the algorithm or the data collection, because these results are not accurate and do not match my actual behavior on the app.

This wrapped is awful. I specifically excluded all the instrumental playlists in my library from my taste profile because I only listen to them while I'm sleeping, yet my top artists are all random pianists I don't care about and my top 2 genres are listed as neoclassical and space music (2 of my main sleeping playlists). Between this wrapped and the other business practices Spotify has had going, I'm genuinely considering deactivating my account.

Hi,

I’m reaching out because my Spotify Wrapped shows incorrect artist data. The band Rodeo appears both as its own entity and separately under the individual artists who belong to Rodeo (Erin, Anna Puu, and Ida Paul). This results in duplicated or misattributed listening statistics.

Could you please review and correct the artist attribution so that plays from the band Rodeo are not reported separately for the individual members? Let me know if you need any additional information from my side.

Apparently one of my "Top 5" songs was a son I listened to ONCE and decided I didn't like. What the heck?? How disappointing this year's wrapped is.

Why are some artists not included in the wrapped session? 

For example, I know that I have listened to Danny Go and Blippi for more hours than I care to admit, but these aren't included in my wrapped data, but songs that I have listened to twice have. 

My Son was hoping for a msg fro. Either artist!

i have a korean pop song as my top song. i have supposedly listened to it 129 times. i have never heard it a single time in my life. not liked. not following the artist. pretty annoying

Hello, good afternoon! I'm stopping by to share my opinion regarding my 2025 Wrapped, as I find it very poor and incorrect because it listed Bad Bunny as my Top 1 artist, a person I don't even follow on Spotify. I almost always listen to Billie Eilish or Justin Bieber, and the others that are on my Wrapped are correct, but I have this issue and I believe there has been a mistake. I have nothing more to say, thank you.

my Spotify wrapped is WRONG. How can we fix this? I streamed all year mostly on a premium account from January to December, how is it that i just got my 2025 wrapped and its saying i only streamed 29,777minutes or 20 days is impossible.

So, my number 1 artist was apparently The Staves. taing 2 of my top 5 albums.... I've listened to them a handful of times. My Fifth favourite artist was Olivia Dean... I don't even know who that is!!!

My Question or Issue

According to my latest Spotify Wrapped, I listened to 25,000 hours of Podcasts this year. This is great, but I don't actually listen to podcasts on Spotify AT ALL, EVER! I looked at my recent listening history, and just yesterday I apparently listened to about 25 different podcasts in just one day. I cannot work out how this is happening. No one else appears to have access to my account, and if they do, they are ONLY listening to podcasts (not music) and a huge amount of them daily. How do I work out what is happening and stop this from happening?
