My Wrapped content is inaccurate

My Spotify wrapped in incorrect and incomplete, a song i listen to daily is at the bottom and has only been played 25 times supposedly. It seems it has only tracked the last 2/3 months? Also it's only 5 hours long even though I listened 19days, my boyfriend listened 7 days and has almost 7 hours on his wrapped.

I do listen to the Spotify Sleep Playlist alot, but my Saved Song and many other Playlist way more but this year my Spotify Wrapped was only with those Sleepmusic Artist, please fix that and filter this kind of music out!! All the other years I had a perfectly normal wrapped!

My wrap is absolute nonsense, Istg that its so inaccurate thats crazy. I see the top100 list, its insane that there are songs that i used to hear almost daily and theyre not there. That insane.

Also the numbers are so low which is also make no sense, can u fix it?

My minutes are wrong. I know I listened to more music this year. Last year was 89,000 and now this year it says 33,000 that jump is drastic and no way correct

There are a couple of things you can take into consideration. Your Wrapped is based on your 2025 listening activity. 

If perhaps you share your account with someone else (e.g. while using a smart speaker), or if you tend to leave your account playing content in the background, keep in mind this activity affects the Wrapped.

You can also check for any unrecognized apps on your account page that are connected to your account. If you notice anything suspicious you can remove it with the REMOVE ACCESS button. You can easily reconnect the apps that you use whenever you want. You can follow these steps to secure your account if needed.

It is important to mention that offline listening counts towards your top songs and total minutes listened; Private Session counts only towards your total minutes listened. Unfortunately, we’re unable to update your Wrapped data or playlists.

First of all country was popular but that’s wrong I don’t listen to country. Secondly how is my number four song a song I listened to once. But to top it off, on my top albums I have two of the same album on there??? How can that be when I listened to way more albums that’s wrong to do! And my top album not even having a top song from that album? My Spotify wrapped is so wrong.

My wrapped came all wrong. My top1 artist was in my artist month top just for 2 months, and my loyal artist month didn't even appeared. It also happened to my top songs. It seems that Spotify counted just for the first months of the year. I'm really frustrated because I'm paying for the service and they do this to me. It's ridiculous. I'm really sad and frustrated.

Minha retrospectiva está totalmente errada, tanto nos artistas mais ouvidos, quanto nas músicas mais ouvidas, segunda a retrospectiva minha música mais ouvida, eu escutei 7 vezes, isso eu concordo, mas deve ter umas 30 músicas que eu escutei mais de 7 vezes e que estaria no top 5, mais uma vez minha retrospectiva não revela aquilo que ouvi ao longo do ano

Once again, my Spotify Wrapped contains so many songs that I haven't listened to this year. This isn't the first year that this has happened. It's always a highlight for me and I look forward to Wrapped finally being available – and then there are songs in there that I haven't listened to. It's a real shame.

My wrapped is all songs from artists I've never heard of. None of the songs are even in my liked or most played or on any play list.

Hi! My Spotify Wrapped stats seem very incorrect. Last year I didn’t have Premium (lots of ads, limited skips, etc.), and I didn’t listen nearly as much as I did this year. This year I had Premium from day one and listened a lot, especially on my way to school/work and 6 days a week while riding horses.

But Wrapped says I listened over 10,000 minutes LESS than last year, which doesn’t make sense based on how much I used Spotify. My top song also shows 225 plays, and I don’t really even recognize it. My top artist is someone I barely listen to.

I look forward to Spotify Wrapped all year, so having stats that feel this inaccurate is really disappointing. Could someone please review my listening data or check if there was an issue with how my minutes were tracked?

what do you mean i only have 24k minutes of listening..?? in 2024 i had 55k. its not normal that i now have 30k less
