My Wrapped content is inaccurate

My Spotify wrapped in incorrect and incomplete, a song i listen to daily is at the bottom and has only been played 25 times supposedly. It seems it has only tracked the last 2/3 months? Also it's only 5 hours long even though I listened 19days, my boyfriend listened 7 days and has almost 7 hours on his wrapped.

Encontrei inconsistência na ordem das músicas mais ouvidas. Considerando os números registrados nos meses anteriores, “The Fate Of Ophelia” deveria aparecer no Top 1 ou, no mínimo, entre as cinco músicas mais tocadas.

Não há qualquer possibilidade de ela não ter entrado no ranking, porém ela sequer aparece na playlist das mais ouvidas.

Hi, I just saw my Wrapped and there’s something that has to be wrong. In my albums, number 5 shows an album I’ve never listened to in my life. 

I’ve listened to the singer Raye all year and I didn’t get a single thing from her, yet that weird album shows up instead.

My top 5 songs are very wrong. The no. 5 should not even be there, I listened to it a couple of times only. Comparing to my Receiptify the top 5 should look very different.

Hey,

why are Playlists included that I removed from my taste profile?

I removed them specifically because I only hear that playlist for sleeping, so it wildly changes how my Wrapped looks.

I really don't like that change.

I assume there is no retroactive fix?

My top 1 song is a blank space, but it has 86 listens. even google cannot detect that song and on 4th place i hv a song i hv never heard of.

Hello,I am reaching out to request a review of the accuracy of my Spotify Wrapped results. In my annual summary, Spotify listed Open House by the band Lazykids as one of my top five most-listened albums of the year. However, I am hearing of this group for the first time, and I have never listened to their music before. This genre also does not align with my listening preferences at all.

It appears that an error may have occurred in the processing of my Wrapped data. I kindly ask you to recheck my listening history and provide corrected Wrapped results if possible.

I just want to say that I was really excited to see my sportify wrapped. I just did and I am not happy about it, because it only showed songs and artists that I have listened to in the beginning of the year. Since then I have listened to so much more and different types of songs and artists, but they didn't show up. Last year it was just right, it was a mix of all but this year none of the songs that i have just listened on repeat showed up, just disappointed.

A lot of my Spotify data is lost. It showed up I only listened to four albums for a whole year and the data totally does not match up with reality. Really hope that the lost data could be found😭🙏 thanks so much pls fix it..

Hello, I got Wrapped 2025, but it only counted a few months. Why is this so, and is it possible to change it? Looking at the statistics in spotify, I have 7 times more minutes and completely different performers.

This is the second year in a row where my wrapped just feels completely wrong. A song I listen to on the daily isn't even in my wrapped. My most played song only has 66 listens, and my least played 10. Then there is a song with 12 listens where I know full well I listened to it more than 50 times. It just feels random and not at all based on my actual listening experience. Based on outside sites, of which I tested 4. they all gave me the same order. Based on those, my nr1. on spotify wrapped is my actual nr 32, and my nr5. my actual nr17. Outside of that, my nr one played song, with 200+ listens isn't even in the official wrapped (like stated before) 
This is the second year in a row, and I am just questioning how this even happens.
