My Wrapped content is inaccurate

My Spotify wrapped in incorrect and incomplete, a song i listen to daily is at the bottom and has only been played 25 times supposedly. It seems it has only tracked the last 2/3 months? Also it's only 5 hours long even though I listened 19days, my boyfriend listened 7 days and has almost 7 hours on his wrapped.

I don’t know whose account my Wrapped 2025 is based on but it certainly isn’t mine!  It played one of my top songs on the “Taste like yours” page (not sure if that is a fluke as the lyric is “and I thank you” from Home by Depeche Mode) but the top songs, albums and artists … never heard of them, never played them.  My listening age is listed 17 as I apparently listen to loads of new music.  That’s very generous but very wrong.

The main artist they chose for my wrapped is not even an artist I know about. I DON'T FOLLOW HIM OR HAVE ANY SONG IN ANY OF MY PLAYLISTS

It's awful. I don't share my phone/account with anyone - I have a family account and everyone has their own separate account. My top listened song and top album - I've never heard in my life. If somehow I had left my phone on, or some freak thing, I would have at least noticed these songs (given how much spotify says they've been played) but I don't even recognise them - they are not even favourited!

Also my age is 73 apparently (similar for all of my friends). We have very eclectic tastes, from 70s soul through hip-hop to house and grime. Sounds like the mere qualification is listening to a song from the 70s and that suddenly dictates your age regardless of whatever else you listen to. A totally meaningless (and inaccurate) marker.

Spotify wrapped 2025 is absurd.  My top album is an album I listened to once.  I have listened to two artists almost exclusively and they aren't included on my top artists, albums or songs?  I listened to one song over 100 times and it listed that I listened to it twice?  My top artist is an obscure artist I listened to only once?  Some of my top song are songs I am not even familiar with?

Hi this is Mio, thanks for sharing the methodology and steps. What to do if it still doesn’t explain the incorrectness of information provided in wrap. I never listened to some artist that is my top 1 artist as an example. I’ve also checked connected apps (have none) etc.

This answer is unhelpful. My wrapped had incorrect songs that I’ve never listened to. I don’t have any linked apps and do not share my account.

I don’t share my account with anyone but the most listened song on my wrapped is from an artist I dont know, it might seem petty but it ruined my wrapped. 😂😭
