My playlists disappeared. How can I recover them?

Thanks for reaching out. Personal playlists shouldn't get removed on their own, so if you don't see them, it means there is some other issue. Are the playlists missing on all devices or just specific ones? Do you see them on the webplayer? If it's only a specific device not showing them, perform a clean reinstall there, that should fix it. If the playlists are missing everywhere, then perhaps you're logged into the wrong account, so please have a look at these steps.
