If you're a premium subscriber, you can do this very easily & there's more than one way. 

• In the mobile or desktop app click on the 3 dots under the playlist name. Select '+ Add to other playlist' > Select [the playlist] or select '+ New Playlist'

• Use multiple windows on your desktop. You can swipe tracks from the App to a webplayer (open in another window). From a webplayer to the App, or between webplayer windows. To select multiple tracks:

  • Click on the first song, then scroll down using your mouse wheel (not the scroll bar). When you reach the last track, Ctrl+Shift+Click (on it). This will highlight the entire playlist, that you can now swipe to another playlist (open in another window).

  • Other selection methods include:

    • Click on the first song then shift + [down arrow], or

    • Ctrl+Click to select or deselect individual tracks, or

    • Ctrl+Click, followed by Ctrl+Click, followed by Ctrl+Shift+Click when you want individual tracks not connected AND blocks that are

In summary:

• Use the 3 dots if you want a whole playlist in your own, or

• Swipe tracks between windows whether you want to move individual tracks or blocks or a combination of blocks and individual tracks

BONUS TIP

Create genre specific playlists from your liked songs.

• Thanks to a new feature in the Mobile and Desktop Apps. When you open your liked songs you will see ‘Genre Filters’, at this moment only one filter at a time can be used

• After applying the filter, as above, click on the first song, then scroll down using your mouse wheel, then on the last track Ctrl+Shift+Click to highlight the entire filtered selection, Then swipe to another playlist open in a different window.

[Note 1] If you use the scroll bar, blocks of tracks will be selected while other blocks will not – I suspect the list is moving too fast for all the tracks to get selected.

[Note 2] Genre filtering relies on the artist to supply the metadata when they submit tracks to Spotify. Roughly 60% of tracks have the metadata supplied.

[Note 3]  The '+ Add to other playlist' selection is not available in the webplayer

Yes, please add an option to transfer or copy all songs from one playlist to another at once — it would save so much time!
