My playlist is not showing any recommended songs, ive tries adding more, different artists, i relogged twice as well.

Just to confirm, have you noticed if this happens with all playlists, or if it's just with a specific one? Also, does this issue happen on both the devices you mentioned?

Could you try creating a completely new playlist to see if the option appears? For example, create a new playlist > add one song to it > go back to your original playlist > click the 3 dots > Add to other Playlist > select the new one.

Another option which comes to mind is a clean reinstall of the app, should the issue persist. This will clear any damaged cache which may interfere with the app performance, as well as ensure that you're running the latest version.
