Spotify Auto play

Can someone please tell me how to stop Spotify from auto playing a Playlist they created on my profile? I have contacted their customer service people multiple times to get that Playlist off my account and everything they have asked me to try has not worked. Spotify says you can remove a Playlist from your preferred tastes but that option is missing from my account and eveb the option of just deleting the Playlist is not present. The Playlist starts off on its own on all of my devices every day irrespective of what I am doing or where I am and it has been driving me nuts. I love Spotify and have been a premium user for years but I am seriously considering leaving Spotify because of this issue. I enjoyed being able to curate my music myself and all these auto options are really frustrating, especially when I cannot even stop them from auto playing.

It looks to me like some third party app might be doing all of this. Take a look at this page to see how you can find and manage them.
Any apps you remove can later be re-added if it turns out they weren't the source of the issue 🙂
