Superuser Contribution Still getting recommended songs on playlist even with more than 15 songs

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running android and I do not have premium. I have more than 15 songs in my playlist but I am still getting recommended songs. Is this a feature that is part of the free plan? If it is not, can it be disabled?

Anyone know why my music isn't downloading? There's no download option yet I have paid for premium? If it helps I'm based in New Zealand and my phone is Oppo A16. Never had this issue before when I renewed my plan last month.
