Can't find DOWNLOAD option in my playlist or anywhere else.

When did this start happening? Did it work before or did you just now switch to Premium and the option is yet to appear? In any case, consider performing a clean reinstall if you haven't already, this should get the app back in working order and re-sync it with the services.

No, I just switched to premium, so there’s a possibility ig that it’s yet to appear. I have also tried reinstalling but it didn’t work.

How much time it may take to appear, in ideal case?

Thanks for the reply.

It should appear right away, but it's possible there's some sort of sync issue. Consider logging out and back in again twice in a row, this will force a resync to the servers. If that doesn't work, try a clean reinstall as previously suggested.
