Playlist won't load

Playlist won't load

My favorite playlist stopped loading on all devices. It's stuck spinning or I get an error message. 

I have been working on this playlist for several years and I am scared I will lose it due to it being corrupted or something

Help’s here!
 

Start off by running a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on the affected device. This will make sure you start afresh with the app which could fix the issue with your playlist not loading. Check out the steps described here on how to run a clean reinstall.  

 

In case this persists after the clean reinstall, send us a screenshot displaying the error message you get. Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.

I have done a clean install, both on PC and on my phone, neither works.
Now I no longer get an error message. It's just stuck loading the single playlist. Every other playlist and feature works fine.

Please Ivan help me with this
